Sleep is a problem area for a lot of people, women more frequently than men.
Difficulties involving sleep can stem from a variety of causes, it can often be stress related, lifestyle, diet, emotional issues and relationships also often play some part.
Insomnia is a complicated issue so it is essential to treat every case as an individual, and look at the factors in that persons life which may be causing it.
It is one of the issues that you often see a quick noticable improvement after just one or two sessions, but as I always say to clients, everyone is different, so come for the first session, see how you get on and take it from there.
