Anxiety is a broad term, and may apply to many different situations, but is in some ways similar to phobia symptoms. People can suffer anxiety at any time and for any reason. A common example is social anxiety. A person may have difficulty looking another in the eye, struggle to speak to a stranger, in a shop, or socially, suffer from blushing, excessive perspiration, dizziness or many other symptoms. sufferers often find that they feel annoyed at themselves, get angry that they think they should be able to control it, and frustrated at their own body. Often finding that the more they get worked up about a situation the worse it gets, and the spiral goes on from there. Hypnotherapy can make a huge improvement to any anxiety, as with emotional issues in general. Treatment usually involves a series of sessions to get to the root of the issue and heal from within. Most clients experience some immediate relief after session 1 and then further improvement throughout the sessions to follow.
